Akademy is the annual world summit of KDE, one of the largest Free Software communities in the world. It is a free, non-commercial event organized by the KDE Community. This year we will celebrate the 30th years of KDE in Graz.

There will be a talk about the 30 years of KDE Saturday at 16:30 by Albert Astals Cid. You'll also be able to acquire one of the famous Amigurumi Konqis.

KDE will have a stand at FOSDEM. You can find us in building K level 2 and talk with the developers, get some new KDE stickers and buy T-Shirts.

The North American KDE community (Camp KDE) will be at FOSSY 2026 and there will be a dedicated KDE track! Read More

Grazer Linuxtage is an annual conference around Open source software and hardware. KDE will have a stand there and you can meet some of the developers.

Linux Application Summit is an event co-hosted by KDE and GNOME. Applications are the foundation of the user experience and can be appreciated in all types of Linux environments. It is this reason that building a common app ecosystem is a valuable goal. At the Linux Application Summit (LAS), we will collaborate on all aspects aimed at accelerating the growth of the Linux application ecosystem.
