Some Linux/UNIX OS vendors have kindly provided binary packages of KDE 4.3 for some versions of their distribution, and in other cases community volunteers have done so. Some of these binary packages are available for free download from KDE's http or FTP mirrors.
Currently pre-compiled packages are available for:

- Unofficial Fedora 11/10 packages are hosted at the kde-redhat project.

Gentoo Linux provides KDE 4.3.1 builds in main repository.

For Mandriva Cooker ( development ) users, 4.3.1 is available at cooker repositories. Users that installed Mandriva 2010.0 alpha/beta releases should point to cooker repositories as well. -
openSUSE packages are available for
openSUSE 11.1,
openSUSE 11.0,
openSUSE 10.3 and
openSUSE Factory.

A KDE Four Live CD with these packages is also available.
